The Graphic Analysis Report Elements found in the REASON^® system provide added power and clarity to reports. These analyzes visually communicate nuances concerning events that are often missed in text-only reports.

Aspects of a problem like:

1. ‘How supervisory levels of the organization figured into an event?’
2. ’How much of the problem is not changeable?’
3. ‘What is the level of completeness of the investigation’, are visually communicated as optional parts of an automatically generated REASON^® report.
