REASON was designed to help an investigator do what he should be doing ... investigating. It also was designed to use a computer for what it is good at doing too ... automatically generating reports. One of these reports is a narrative, or story, of what happened in the event. REASON generates this automatically from the statements of fact collected from the investigator.

Often after an investigation is complete, the job of documentation has just begun With REASON6 this is an automatic function. Once the data collection phase of an investigation is over, the software simply and automatically writes the narrative and over a dozen other reports.
