These three additional days are an in-depth practical study and application of the REASON Root Cause Analysis Method: quantification, analysis, interpretation, communication, and managing of the REASON data.

Who Should Attend The REASON Root Cause Analysis Analyst Five-day Course

Individuals who will serve as a site-resource person, implement and oversee the development of an organization-wide Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned Program. This training is intended for both resource personnel who have the responsibility for analyzing and documenting critical event and compliance issues, and professionals who will be given the responsibility of maintaining and supporting the root cause analysis system. Emphasis is placed upon Lessons Learned capabilities and application. The advanced class is highly focused upon advanced investigation skills, and the coordinating of operations improvement data in your organization.
