When you provide your front line with the skills and tools for effective problem solving, day-to-day issues can be isolated, seen, and acted upon while they are still small and have not yet caused serious problems.

Later on, these front line employees who have been trained in how to think about operations problems and their causes will be able to better assist your REASON analysts by providing support and information on more significant investigations. They will know what type of information your REASON facilitators of future investigations will need, how they need it and why. This can greatly increase the speed and thoroughness of future investigations.

Although the Frontline mode of investigation in REASON® does not stand on its own as a system, it can be an important ingredient in the success of your operations improvement strategy and program.

Your front line personnel learn when it is appropriate and practical to spend a few minutes to find a solution to a problem. They learn how to focus immediately on the essential issues that will deal with the problem in a way that produces both prompt and sustaining control by creating better business processes.

The FrontLine Training class is offered as a 4-hour orientation training that orients the student on the principles and describes the functions and applications of the software.

1-day FrontLine Training Class

The FrontLine training is also offered as a 1-day training session that provides a half-day orientation and a half-day of application practice to gain facility with the software and to cement the concepts and skills
