REASON® Root Cause Analysis Software Gets NMCI Certification

Longview, Texas, March 21, 2005 Decision Systems, Inc. today announced that it has received official Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Certification by the NMCI/ISF/A & E Proving Center Lab. for its REASON Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned Software System. The NMCI Technical Certification attests to the testing and technical approval of the REASON software for installation and access via the global Navy Marine Corps Internet system.

The Navy Marine Corps Intranet is a massive, enterprise-wide initiative that makes the full range of network-based information services available to Sailors and Marines for day-to-day activities and in war. NMCI gives the Navy and Marine Corps secure, universal access to integrated voice, video and data communications, affords pier-side connectivity to Navy vessels in port, and links more than 371,000 desktops across the United States as well as sites in Puerto Rico , Iceland and Cuba . Once completed, NMCI will encompass more than 300 Naval and Marine Corps bases in the United States and abroad, providing service to more than 360,000 sailors, Marines and civilians.
