WebCast Training
You can now attend a Live REASON WebCast training right at your desk. In a WebCast training you are connected to a live REASON instructor over the internet and on a class-wide telephone conference. Students see and discuss the same presentation visuals as included in our onsite classes
Students see and experience the REASON software being run live
Students can hear and interact with the instructor and other students via a teleconference.
All WebCast classes are conducted by DSI Certified Consultant/Instructors
Students actually can run the software from their workstation

After registering at our Web Site for a class, your personnel receive an email with clear instructions on how to access the class on-line from their computers at the appropriate time. In effect, their e-seat in the class is reserved. Instruction materials are downloaded and printed or we ship them promptly. Their office or workstation will become their classroom. When the class date arrives, all that each person needs to do to participate in the interactive class is to log on and place a telephone call to a prearranged number that joins him to the teleconference. It takes only a minute to get aboard. The teleconference is where all students can interact with each other and the instructor in much the same manner as in a conventional classroom. After a few hellos and a couple of get acquainted jokes, the class is underway. We first orient the students on the training materials and in general how the class will be conducted. The class is on a first name basis, interactive and well paced to take best advantage of the special features of on-line training.

Their computer monitors become their window to the class. For example, when our instructor is explaining how to begin a root cause analysis with the REASON Software, students will be watching on their monitors the actual process as the instructor inputs the information into the REASON expert system software. They will see how the software examines the inputted information, then guides the user to ask the next important question based upon the information just entered. They can ask questions in process and make comments. Later in the class, individual students will be inputting the information directly from their computers into the software and facilitating the group for answers to real world problems drawn from the lesson materials. DSI analysts routinely conduct and coordinate critical-event analyses using WebCast where client information sources may be located in many different sites around the world. These WebCast training practice exercises are structured from our real world experience.

* Pricing: There is an additional US $125.00 surcharge for each student telephone connection. This means that 5 students seated together using a single conference phone would pay a single $125.00 connection surcharge. Those same 5 students each using their own phone would pay the $125.00 surcharge for each of the 5 telephone connections. Students attending from outside the domestic US are responsible for the international rates in addition to the $125 phone connection surcharge.
There is a 5 student minimum for customers who are not under the REASON Software Maintenance Agreement. If you are currently under the agreement, you may sign up as few a one student per course to deal with normal attrition and retraining needs.
