The FrontLine™ tool was intially designed as a 15-20 minute mode of investigation within the full REASON® Root Cause Analysis System. But, for organizations that are just starting to look at RCA , this tool can be a great place to begin taking the first steps down a root cause path. The software provides a manual that communicates the thinking, method and process. Its the same thinking and method as our REASON® Root Cause Analysis system but with a much shorter process.

Later down the line, when you see benefits coming from the FrontLine program, it is easy to take the next step to the REASON® system. When you feel that you are ready to grow your program, the transition to the full REASON® software is a logical second step.

This package was designed for the professional who has a small budget and just looking to get started in RCA. This Frontline™ software package and the handheld package are excellent places to begin starting an RCA program for your organization. The paper path is a better solution when access to computers is limited. The Frontline™ option is a better option when computer access is not an issue.
